To offer probono professional services to families of lower-income communities. We apply the “means test” upon granting these services. All South African’s are invited to apply for this service and no family will be referred in time of need.
South African Families are suffering at the core in these challenging times, and we believe that we can truly make a difference to especially the children and young people that will become the adults and contributors of South Africa’s Future.
Donations would substitute funding for families in need, families who do not have the means to afford wellness and youth development services, including assisting youth with school needs, developmental therapy, substance abuse and more.

Mediation Network Foundation NPO is a business in the Social Development and Family Wellness industry that strives to assist families with Divorce care, Parenting Plans, Youth Development, Substance Abuse, Children in Need of Care and Workplace Meditations.
2. Delivery policy
Mediation Network Foundation are not subjected to delivery of goods as we do not sell any product which ought to be delivered to a client within a specific time period.
3. Export restriction
(Optional)Mediation Network Foundation does not export any form of product. The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.
4. Return and Refunds policy
Donations received Mediation Network Foundation is non-refundable.
5. Customer Privacy policy
Mediation Network Foundation shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users, donors and clients. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via PayGate, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or bank transfer into the Mediation Network Foundation NPO bank account, the details of which could be found on the Donation Page.
7. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Mediation Network Foundation NPO via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored Mediation Network Foundation separately from card details which are entered the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is

Mediation Network Foundation NPO takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
